Walk Cycle

this is my first ever full charecter walk cycle in maya....quite complicated at first but as time goes i am sure ill get on with it....it was fun animation but bit trick....and also animating a complex charecter like hulk is quick tough but fun....over all i enjoyed animating the charecter and sure will do better and cooler animations soon....

here r few posses ive done...using a character called norman where ive taken up references of my self posing in diff poses like one arm pushup pose,a spiderman pose(sorta) doctor strange pose  a superhero landing pose  and a baseball bat holding pose..it was really fun posing and also gave me an idea of using all the controls of a charecter.

Ball Bounce Animation

well...here's my first ever Animation a Simple ball bounce which i used an airless basket ball as a reference hehehe.....well this is my first animation ever 3D animation where i had to go back to the basics where all 12 principals of Animation were Back. ball bounce involed lot of timming and spacing...but what i thought was just adding key frames would help in getting the job done....but i was introduced to another tool in maya called Graph editor where i had to tweek the tangents of the ball bounce give weights and lots more stuff.....well since this is my first experience with graph editor i believe soon ill get a hang of it..and animate more cool stuff. overall it was a fun and new and tricky experience animating and using graph editor.and also i used the motion path which acted like a form of onion skin for me in 3d animation which i found was very helpful and awesome..overall i had fun.

wheel rig playblast video

here's my rig..a wheel rig....which i really enjoyed doing.....even though there was math in it....
well...the rig was rigging the wheels of a wooden elephant toy,..usual see with toodlers and i enjoyed doing this rig there were few rotate equations which i used to get the wheel to rotate and a master ctrl has been added and a squash deformer....over all this was the easiest of all the rigs...and really enjoyed doing it...

BOW AND ARROW RIG playblast






here's my next Rig....the bow and  arrow which i believe was quite complicated for a beginner like me ...where the normal constraints had to be added and this rig introduced me to  joints which has been added to the bow, and clusters which is on the string and i got introduced to node editor.....well this isnt the node editor which iam used to in hypershade.....this node editor creates connections  between parent and child through connecting them by translate values rotate values etc....m still learning...comparing to all the rigs ive done this was challenging .....but learnt a lot doing it..

Wooden toy RIG






here's the next and the most fun rig ive done....a wooden toy with a crack when rotates makes the catterpillar to move it was really fun to rig the toy as it had no Driven key...hehehe...it consisted of using only the Awesome Constrains. the rig consists of orient,parent,point constrains which was really fun to use and rig.

here's my next Rig...The Juice Box Rig which stretches,squashes and twists....the juice can perform all these things by adding a non linear deformers like bend twist and squash these deformers help  in creating as sorts of deformations in the poly model..then a deformer known as sculpt deformer is added to show the juice is moving through the straw then a master ctrl is add for the over all scaling rotating and moving of everything ........the juice box rig was fun but quite complicated as many deformer have to be added and two objects had to be rigged...it was quite challenging but introduced me to a whole lot of new stuff.

My First RIG ever in Maya. This is a bouncing ball rig with stretch and squash. today was my first intro to rigging which i found it quite complicated but ill  learn better as ill be rigging many more stuff soon.  the above Rig made me use the constrain rigging tools and introduced me too a rigging tool which i believe is like my Extrude tool in Rigging  which is the Driven key tool which i found it cool but quite tricky to use.....the ball above can stretch n squash as the triangle on top will control that and a master rig has been added due to which everything can move,can be rigged and scaled ....anyways this is my first rig and this is just a start of a new chapter in my animation carrier.

This was my first ever character model and I had started modelling the fish during the release of finding dory (2016) and I was intreged to model a fish which looked like dory and had a fun but tough time to model as that was the first time I modelled a character in maya 2014

Up next is the quaterped where ive created a semi realistic dino I actually thought it was a brachiosaurus but my sir, said it is was a brontosaurs,i really had fun modelling the dino and I used tools like extrude,merge vertices,mirror,duplicate special ,fill hole etc.

using UV Texture i created a pirate map which i felt was fun but challenging as usually for creating a psd network i used to pull out only the colour attribute but now had to pull out even the transparency out.but it was fun to make the map and a make your on continents islands treasures which was a fun time.

for the glass I ve created a fortune tellers crystal ball and a few normal glases behind it..
and for the wood I used a checker and bump maping ive used fractal



Up next using Layered texture which is one of my fav texturing nods where you can mix many textures like fractal mountain  granite etc to get something cool..
well I ve created an apple and soup using layered texture.
 







well I guess you remember this truck from the modelling post which I published last month it's the same truck but it's uv textured,well I thought I would be cool to use photoshop to give my truck CRazy textures on it ...it kinda look like a circus truck with clowns jumping in it.
